NCA are searching for experienced trainers in health and social care to join our team.

The role ..

​

• Supporting the delivery of our in house training that we offer

• Delivery of commercial courses - person Moving and Handling and First Aid

• Deliver training on some/all elements of the care certificate.

 

This is a very exciting opportunity for the right people, and your annual salary would be based on experience and qualifications. You shall be required to deliver training within the West Midlands/Gloucestershire area

The successful candidates will be organised, structured, manage their workload effectively and able to work on their own initiative. The right people would ideally have previous experience within the care industry with a sound knowledge of care industry standards and legislation. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required and the ability to demonstrate empathy when communicating with care workers, adapting your communication and training style depending on the circumstances. It is essential you are motivated and driven and that you thrive in a learner/trainer environment.

Qualifications in relevant training skills e.g. Safeguarding, Moving and Handling, First aid, Equality and Diversity, PTLLS, Infection Control, Medication Management, Food and Hygiene, Health and Safety, Health and Social Care levels 1,2,3, Dementia and an up to date certificate in train the trainer moving and handling training would be desirable.
